3. How much time will I need to commit each week?

Your training sessions are designed to fit into your lifestyle, with most workouts taking 45–60 minutes. You’ll also have weekly check-ins and progress tracking that take just a few minutes. I’ve created this program to be manageable even for busy professionals, so you can achieve your goals without overhauling your schedule.

4. What happens when I achieve my goals and want to cancel?

Once you achieve your goals, we will have. a brief exit interview so that i may give you direction and recommendations on how to maintain your results. You can cancel on your own through your profile or send me a message on the app.  No questions asked.
